How is Dingle Crystal made?
Every piece is hand-cut by master craftsman Sean Daly in Dingle, County Kerry. Unlike mass-produced glass, our crystal is mouth-blown and hand-cut using traditional stone wheels, ensuring each piece is a unique work of art.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our crystal worldwide. We use specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we take extreme care in packaging, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Can I personalize or engrave my crystal?
We offer custom engraving services for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, or corporate awards. Please contact our workshop directly to discuss your specific design requirements.
How should I care for my hand-cut crystal?
To maintain its brilliance, we recommend hand-washing your crystal in lukewarm soapy water with a soft cloth. Avoid using dishwashers, as the high heat and harsh detergents can cloud the lead crystal over time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
