At Dingle Crystal, we take immense pride in our handcrafted glassware; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the crystal in its original presentation box and protective shipping carton to ensure the fragile items are not damaged during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Send your package via a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned piece to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
